MSHSL ALPINE RACING TEAM:
Andes
Tower Hills is proud to be the home hill and primary sponsor of
the
Lakes
Area Alpine MSHSL Co-op Team. Racers from the following school districts compete as one
team at high school meets throughout the region.
Alexandria Cardinals,
Fergus Falls Otters,
West Central Knights, Wheaton Warriors.
This
program is designed for the serious racer who wants to compete
at a higher level. We
will help each racer fine-tune both the physical and mental
aspects of ski racing.
Team Tower Hills
Team Tower Hills
is a developmental program designed to introduce children ages 7-18 to alpine racing. This
ten-week program emphasizes the fundamentals of skiing for each
skier at their present level of athletic and skiing ability.
Team Tower Hills
is a great way to meet new friends, improve skills, and compete
with other skiers from across the state of Minnesota.

Snowboarding and Twin Tip Freestyle:
Foundation 7.25:
Andes
Foundation 7.25 is a developmental program designed to build
freestyle skills
and strength of character in youth ages 7-18.
This ten-week program is directed by
Gary Anderson, head coach
and mentor. Snowboard practice starts in December
Friday evenings from 5pm –
8pm. Skiing (Twin Tip) practice starts in December
Saturday mornings 9am –
noon. Program fees
are just $125 and include stickers and t-shirts.

Andes After School
Kids Program:
Andes offers FREE
SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING to kids in 4th through 6th grade.
Every weekday, excluding holidays, after 3:30pm kids can come
out to Andes on the Andes Bus or they can come out with their
families and SKI AND SNOWBOARD FREE! To register
just stop on out to Andes anytime to get signed up, the only fee
is a one time $25 transportation fee per family.
Ski School Learn to Ski and Snowboard
Kids Program:
NEW!
New this season starting Saturday, January 5th through February
9th, Andes Ski School Staff will be running beginner ski and
snowboard lessons from 12-2pm. This program will help
young skiers and snowboarders gain the confidence to ride in the
park, on the race course, or with their friends. The program
runs every Saturday January 5th-February 9th and includes 2
hours of instruction each day. Cost: $175, includes lift and
rental.
YMCA and Andes Tower Hills Winter Kids!
Andes Tower Hills
recreation staff, along with the Alexandria YMCA, is offering
cross-country and outdoor winter activities, dates and time to
be determined soon! You will learn how to
cross-country ski and learn more about our winter environment.
Kids will meet in the chalet to start off the day, then hit the
cross-country trails. We will meet at the warming shack
for hot chocolate to finish up our day outdoors. This program is open
to kids younger than 10 years and for $40 you receive transportation and
a single cross-country season pass to Andes Tower Hills.

Women's Night Out:
NEW!
December 6th, from
5pm-9pm, come on out to Andes and bring the girls! We will
have all of this years women's gear to try out and if you are
new to skiing or snowboarding our Ski School staff will be on
hand for lessons! Whispering Pines Grill will be providing
the food! So instead of hitting the gym or sitting on the
couch, come on out to Andes to learn a great new way to get into
shape that is a lot more fun than running on a treadmill all
winter! If this is a success we will be adding more nights this
season! Cost: $15 and includes lift, rental and food!
