BBQ Chicken & Ribs with Baked Potatoes, Smashed
Potato, Potato Salad and Corn on the Cob (seasonal). Calico
beans, Corn Bread, Biscuits and Salad Bar and BBQ Beans.

Tortilla chips, Fresh Salsa and Guacamole, Taco
bar, Chicken and Cream Cheese Enchiladas, Beef Enchiladas,
Empanadas, Spanish Rice, Tortilla Soup, Green Chile Soup,
Quesadillas. Include Grilled Chicken or Steak Fajitas.
